Scanning for faces…


Scanning for faces… That's what Picasa is doing right now. If you haven’t heard of Picasa, it’s a free photo editing software from Google that lets you organize your pictures, edit them, and even create online albums to share with friends, family & the world.

Today they just released a new version, Picasa 3.5. This version gives you the ability to add name tags to your photos, using facial recognition technology. Very cool!

The facial recognition will take awhile to go through all your pictures depending on how many pictures you have but the outcome is amazing.
