I didn't make it through my first workout. :-(
Set 1: completed
Set 2: completed
Set 3: 3 short of the 7 I was suppose to complete
Set 4: 7 was the goal again, could only squeeze out 2 :-(
Set 5: didn't even try, no more steam. double :-(
I did go surfing yesterday for the first time in a very long time and that zaps a lot of upper body strength, so hopefully in two days I will be able to complete the workout.
