Do you want to experience facebook in a whole new “WOW” way that works both on your PC or MAC as a standalone program, not in a browser? If YES, I might have just the thing for you! It’s the Microsoft Silverlight Client for facebook. It’s exactly what facebook needed and it’s FREE!
The picture above is what the facebook Silverlight app looks like, letting you Enjoy almost everything you could want from Facebook. It’s still in beta so there might be a few bugs, but it’s well worth the look, especially if you have lot’s of pictures, it’s a must.
Anything not working in the application will open right up on your facebook page in your browser so no real loss. The one thing the app does not do at the moment is support chat, so if you use chat often you can download a desktop plug-in through a client like Pidgin or Adium.
