7 Weeks to 100 Push-Ups

Erik K turned me on to this site hoping I would get on board. He thought it would be a great way to get in shape for the summer and with this site be able to motivate each other to build up to One Hundred Push Ups.

In doing this program as outlined, in 7 weeks you should be able to do 100 consecutive push ups. If you think you want to get on board in motivating us and likewise get motivated then take the Initial Push-Up Test and start logging your results today.

The site is Free of charge so what do you have to loose but a little flab.

My Initial Push-Up Test – 16 Push-Ups. Not bad, I thought I would have done a lot less since I'm so out of shape. That puts me in Rank 3. How about you?
